Bob Marley, the pioneer behind reggae music hails from Jamaica in a town called Trenchtown. He sang this song title Zimbabwe in honour of the Zimbabwe country during their independence day on the 17th April, 1980 when they had their liberation from the British after 14 years of colonization. He kept on sending a message across to Africans through his songs for the essence of unity and African liberation. Respect to the legend Bob Marley and may his soul rest in perfect peace. A great music icon who inspired people in his country and the World over through his inspirational songs.
